I so wish I could take credit for this recipe but I can’t… But what I can I say is THANK YOU Steph! She started making these cookies for me years ago and even though I am in Texas I still have received them in the mail. I made this batch this morning, no joke it takes like 3 minutes to whip them up, 8 min to cook them and y’all know I can not have flour, but no problem! all you need is:
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup brown or white sugar
(trust me I have used both they come out great no
matter what kind of sugar you use)
1 egg

heat your oven to 350 cook them for 8 min. you really need to let them cool for about two minutes on the cookie sheet before you move them ( again trust me, I have tried to move them right away and it does not work to not be patient with them they want to rest…)
I get about 18 to 20 if I use a table spoon to scoop and drop.
Steph adds tons of goodies to hers, sometimes I do. Mostly I make them plain
some suggestions are:
instead of creamy peanut butter use crunchy
chocolate chips
nuts
left over Halloween candy taken from your kids to add to your yummy cookies!
