Some see a hopeless end, while others see an endless hope. ~Author Unknown
This is a quote to live by. Tonight we can all CELEBRATE! Felix turned five today! Happy Birthday Little man! We have something else to celebrate as well…. Felix has also won his fight with cancer! Please keep Praying for our little friend, he will continue to need prayer warriors and he will still be battling just in different ways. I will keep you all updated.
When I was on the phone with Meghan tonight she reminded me of us sitting in Felix’s hospital room talking about this very day… his fifth birthday… And the conversation was about hope. And I want to tell you all about a mommy who has had endless hope.
I am so proud of my friend for so many more reason… reasons I can’t even share. I am so thankful that she has always chosen to see HOPE. When the world around us would tell us that it is HOPELESS. I am so thankful that she was chosen to be the mother of the children she was given. The Lord had a divan plan when each child was created. I am so thankful she has seen hope in me and has taken time to give me hope when I have felt hopeless. I have been blessed.
I am not afraid…I was born to do this. ~ Joan of Arc
It is amazing to me that the Lord would bless me with a friend that has the intimate understanding of hospital life. It is never something I have ever looked for in a friend or never even thought I needed yet the Lord knew.
And… Meg, you have been amazing you were born to do this! And have done it with grace my sweet friend. I love you, I am so proud of you. Congratulations on Life and choosing Hope.
Thank you so much for your faith in me! I know that I am the blessed one with our friendship. Strength and Grace are easy when you’ve been given good examples. Plus who else could share my love for Breakfast at Tiffany’s, Maine, Nuns and sweet potato fries with tarter sauce. Yeah we’re special. I could have never gone through this journey with Felix without you. Sending Love to the snowglobe. I’ll call when I get back. Xoxo

Life is all about choices isn’t it! This post really moved me. I am also proud of you, Josh, Tyler & Minnie. You have all individually and collectively made really good choices. Because of your choices you have; created a strong family unit, a strong community connection, and an unbelievable family roll model for so many people you will probibly never meet them all. Thanks for being who you are!!!!!!!
We love you
